Do you think there is life after death?

I think that it would be a shame if this life is all we have. What if death is extinction? What if this world and life is all there is and then nothing? What is nothing, anyway? It seems to me such a waste to take the mind memory and meaning of a human person and just throw it away into oblivion.
What about the idea of life after death? It's popular with many. It's a key part of four religions: Judaism, Christianity, Islam, and Hinduism. But what is it? How do we know it exists? What will it be like? Is everybody going to live forever? Does anybody just plain out die? Where are the dead? Is there any way to be sure? Is there a heaven? A Hell? A purgatory? What is nirvana? what about reincarnation?

Are we all Spiritual Beings?

Is the human being just another animal? Are we just blobs of protoplasm that accidently appear because of the passion of two other human beings? Are human beings just the result of a willy-nilly, helter-skelter series of chaotic events resulting in you and me? Are we the same as trees, birds, mice, whales? Is there a difference between what we call bugs, animals and plants and US? What's the difference? Is it the mind, the soul? We now we can talk, that we have independent thumb, that we can creat art and write music- but what is the mind, anyway? Is the mind different than and seperate from the brain?
Is there a soul? What is it?

This site is about questions. It seeks answers. The answers should be your answers. I too have some thoughts, ideas, beliefs about these topics. Right now, I am interested in your thoughs, ideas, beliefs.
